About the Role

We are seeking a Practice Marketing Manager to support the growth and success of our oral surgery practices through hands-on marketing planning and execution. This role partners directly with practice leaders, new surgeons, and our Practice Relations Ambassadors (local field marketing team) to ensure that every practice has a tailored growth plan, clear marketing priorities, and strong support in local execution.

The Manager will focus on building marketing plans for de novo practices, supporting new surgeon integration, and strengthening referral and community relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of corporate resources and local execution.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Marketing Support

- Develop and manage annual marketing plans for assigned practices, ensuring alignment with surgeon goals and local market dynamics.
- Support marketing execution for de novo launches, including branding, advertising, referral outreach, and community events.
- Assist with marketing integration for new surgeons, ensuring onboarding plans include patient and referral communications, social presence, and event support.

Collaboration with Practice Relations Ambassadors

- Partner closely with Ambassadors to align local referral marketing efforts with broader practice growth strategies.
- Provide Ambassadors with marketing materials, messaging, and toolkits to ensure consistent, effective outreach.
- Monitor and support referral and community engagement initiatives, offering coaching and strategic recommendations.

Marketing Communications & Campaign Execution

- Coordinate creation and deployment of practice-level marketing assets (print, digital, and social).
- Partner with marketing team (digital, creative, SEO, events) to execute advertising, campaigns, and local activations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, advertising regulations, and HIPAA guidelines in all practice communications.

Training & Practice Engagement

- Deliver playbooks, templates, and training for practice staff supporting local marketing initiatives.
- Provide coaching for practices on referral engagement, event coordination, and community involvement.
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day marketing support questions from practices.

Performance Monitoring

- Track performance of local campaigns, events, and referral programs, sharing results with practice leaders.
- Gather practice feedback to inform future marketing initiatives and resource development.
- Assist the Practice Marketing Director in budget tracking and ROI reporting for assigned practices.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or professional services marketing (multi-site preferred).
- Strong skills in marketing plan development, communications, and campaign execution.
- Proven success in referral marketing, local event execution, and practice-level growth initiatives.
- Skilled collaborator with ability to influence and support field teams and practice staff.
- Strong presentation, training, and coaching abilities.
- Data-driven with comfort in campaign tracking and performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting de novo practice launches and provider onboarding.
- Familiarity with referral-based healthcare models (dental, oral surgery, specialty care).
- Experience working with field marketing or local ambassador-style teams.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
- Paid vacation and company holidays.
- Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage.
- Professional development opportunities.
