The Company
We Specialize in credit, debit, EBT, ACH, and high-risk merchant account services. We process around $20M–$30M in monthly volume, maintains an A+ BBB accreditation, and offer transparent rates. Our focus is on high-risk payment processing and merchant services, operating with a lean structure and aiming for 25% annual growth.
The Opportunity
The General Manager will oversee the entire company including sales (currently 4 sales reps, 1 sales manager, 2 data entry, with plans to expand to ~8 reps), operations of ISO-retail and high-risk merchant account services, HR, finance, and back office. The role includes driving revenue growth, team development, and managing relationships with ISOs and banks. The GM will be hands-on, directly involved in team management, overseeing operations, and ensuring growth. This person will also be expected to bring new bank and processor relationships. This position requires leadership of a small but growing team, with a focus on expanding revenue, managing the sales pipeline, and implementing marketing strategies for business development.
