**Responsibilities**
At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center, we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health, social and support services in the heart of Chandler, Arizona. As part of our team, you will provide clinical expertise, support and oversight that helps ensure our Surgery patients receive exceptional care. Level One Trauma Center, 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio, Staffed 24x7 by certified Intensivist, Shared Governance (house wide and unit based), Opportunity for growth & ability to cross train within ICU (Trauma, Neuro, Surgical, Medical, CVICU), 32 Medical / Surgical Beds, 17 Trauma Beds, 5 CVICU Beds, State of the Art equipment, Self-Scheduling. Responsibilities may include:
+ Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
Shift:
Varied on call consisting of one night during each week and weekend per month. Friday night, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday

**Qualifications**
**Minimum:**
+ One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
+ ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent.
+ Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
+ Current BLS healthcare provider card.
+ Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
+ At least 2 years critical care experience (ED or ICU)
**Overview**
Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,500 employees and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999, but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center, a Heart and Vascular Center, a Wound Healing Center, a Family Birth Center and many additional services. During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, Chandler Regional provided more than $48 million in community benefit. As a result of Dignity Health's mission to deliver health care and partner with the community, nearly 100,000 people in the East Valley were reached through community health services. $35.00 - $58.63 /hour
