Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Pleasanton, CA. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from planning and sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding new employees. Additional duties include developing and maintaining employer branding, conducting interviews, and identifying recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle talent sourcing and recruiting
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring
  • Skills in Employer Branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the media industry is a plus
  • Biligual in Madarin is a plus
