About the Role

The Social Media Content Coordinator at SERHANT. will actively manage and enhance our presence across various social media platforms through strategic content creation and effective community engagement. This role demands a creative, detail-oriented individual skilled in content planning, production, and rapid video editing. The ideal candidate is adept at working closely with real estate agents to develop personalized branding and lifestyle content, ensuring high-quality and timely media production using tools like Adobe Premiere. The coordinator will also be responsible for implementing content strategies, managing distribution schedules, and analyzing the performance to drive continuous improvement. This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining SERHANT.’s innovative edge in real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit engaging social media content using an iPhone and other basic equipment.
  • Manage communication and workflow with external video editors to ensure timely and high-quality video edits.
  • Format, publish, and ensure high-quality execution of social media content.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with real estate marketing goals.
  • Optimize social content calendars based on performance data to improve reach and conversions.
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, script development, and copywriting to streamline processes and enhance creativity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, Threads, X (Twitter) and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with social management and scheduling tools (e.g, VistaSocial, Hootsuite, etc)

Skills :

  • Experience in project management, particularly in media or real estate.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Vista Social, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later).
  • Strong storytelling and video editing
  • Strong writing and editing skills for crafting engaging captions and content.
  • Knowledge of paid social media and boosting strategies is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
