TXG is seeking a seasoned Senior Experiential Designer with expertise in live events, brand activations, and environmental design. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking “big ideas” and translating them into a full experience and visual reality. The Senior Experiential Designer will support design needs across the entire agency and will report to the Design Director. This position requires strong 2D and 3D design skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Our team works on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Brooklyn, NY office (Dumbo) and be available for in-person collaboration at least 3 days per week. This is a full-time position with flexibility for a freelance trial period if desired.

The Senior Experiential Designer will be involved in all stages of a project from ideation through installation, leading design and collaborating cross-functionally with full-time and freelance 2D & 3D Designers, Creative Strategists, Producers, and Client Services:

Compensation:
Full time Salary: $90,000 - $130,000/year
