Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, sales teams, and clinical specialists in advancing patient care through innovative healthcare technologies. As Regional Nursing Director , you’ll oversee customer installations, training, and special projects while developing education programs that empower teams and improve clinical workflows.

You’ll collaborate directly with nurses, physicians, and healthcare decision makers to demonstrate how our solutions drive better patient safety, quality, outcomes, and regulatory compliance across acute care and emerging healthcare markets.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the clinical and technology subject matter expert for acute care environments.
• Lead customer installations, training, and follow-up education to ensure adoption and success.
• Partner with sales leaders to achieve territory goals across hospital care, telemedicine, ambulatory surgery, and more.
• Build relationships with clinical thought leaders and contribute to industry advancements.
• Deliver impactful presentations to executives and healthcare teams.
• Evaluate new products, participate in beta testing, and provide market insights.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and key customer events.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ year s of nursing experience with strong acute care expertise; leadership experience a plus.
• Confident communicator with polished presentation skills.
• Proven success in change management and implementing innovative technologies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling extensively (~60%).

Preferred

• Experience introducing new clinical technologies into cost-sensitive markets.
• Background in sales, business development, education, or research.
