Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our company, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and that every visitor and caller receives top-notch service. This role requires a self-starter with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to assist in various departments as needed. Duties

  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting with front desk duties, including greeting, and communicating with customers.
  • Handling day-to-day office tasks and administrative duties.
  • Floating to different departments as needed to support operations.
  • Learning and performing all tasks associated with office administration to provide comprehensive support.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in front desk or office administration.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in general office software and tools.

Work Conditions

  • Office environment, Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Rotating weekend shift - Saturday from 8 AM to 12 Noon (about 1x per month).
  • Climate controlled, indoor office environment
