We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to provide a welcoming experience for visitors and support day-to-day office operations.

📍 Location: Schaumburg, IL – onsite

💲 Pay Rate: $23 – $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls, determine purpose, and direct to the appropriate team members
• Manage office supplies, kitchen items, and print materials, ensuring availability and organization
• Keep common areas such as the kitchen, reception, and conference rooms neat and presentable
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; assist with outgoing deliveries
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
• A self-starter who can work independently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
