In the QC Supervisor role you will be responsible for and lead a team of inspectors that performs visual, dimensional, weld, and other non-destructive inspections on products and parts at various stages of the production process. You will prioritize and coordinate work, drive completion dates and hours charged, as well as process improvements. The ideal candidate is fluent in weld inspections , dimensional inspections, surface finish inspections, and documenting and interpreting the results of the inspections against the requirements of applicable specifications or codes.

You will supervise the inspection team. The number of team members will vary between 4 and 9 personnel depending upon factory load and job requirements.

PAY RANGE:
$75,000-115,000
