Position Summary: As a Product Communications & Support Associate, you’ll use your enthusiastic & professional attitude and thorough product knowledge to assist our customer-facing account managers grow and enable customer accounts. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep the customer experience smooth.

Product Communications & Support Associate Responsibilities:
Learn and maintain a strong understanding of the BlueVolt platform
Respond to customer questions (B2B and B2C) in a timely and professional manner
Help build and support customer-facing projects using the platform
Create and update simple documentation for Sales and Customer Success teams
Assist with email marketing tasks and campaign support
Help prepare for events and organize marketing materials
Work closely with team members, account managers, and leaders to improve how we work
Take on other tasks as needed, with opportunities to grow based on performance
Product Communications & Support Associate Requirements:
Must work in-office, 8 hours/day
College degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of computers, PC applications, internet browsers, and Microsoft 365
Solid troubleshooting instincts
Graphic design experience or enthusiasm a plus

Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
