Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on making connections, generating new business, and turning open quotes into closed deals. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue by reaching out to new prospects, building relationships, and following through with precision to convert interest into sales.

Your ability to connect with people over the phone, ask smart questions, and create genuine rapport will be key to your success. If you’re passionate about helping customers, enjoy high-volume calling, and love the thrill of closing deals—this is the job for you.

Please note- this is not a field sales position. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, input, contact, and develop new customers through research, outbound calls and targeted campaigns.
  • Consistently follow up on existing quotes and opportunities to drive conversion and close sales.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with prospects and existing customers, acting as a consultative advisor.
  • Engage decision-makers (directors, principals, contractors, administrators, purchasing agents) to understand needs and position the right products and solutions.
  • Communicate value clearly, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the sales funnel to completion.
  • Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate product samples, proofs, and shipping estimates.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and timely CRM records and customer interactions to support organized follow-ups.
  • Use company sales training, product knowledge, and data-driven insights to maximize your close rate.
  • Hit and exceed individual and team quotas for outbound outreach, quotes followed up, and orders closed.
  • Support the broader sales and marketing team with professionalism and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Proven success in outbound sales or customer acquisition roles.
  • Strong ability to communicate over the phone and drive conversations toward a sale.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with excellent time management.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems and basic order entry processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Fluent proficiency with the Spanish or French language is a plus!

Compensation Range: 

$17-21.00 per hour plus incentives
