Position Summary
The Legal Department Specialist provides administrative and legal support in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents and compliance matters. The role assists legal counsel with contract management, regulatory filings, legal correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive legal records.

Legal Documentation
Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence.
Contract Administration
Support review, tracking, and storage of contracts and agreements.
Compliance Monitoring
Assist in regulatory filings and compliance tracking.
Legal Records Management
Maintain organized, confidential legal files and databases.
Meeting & Case Coordination
Schedule meetings and prepare documentation for legal proceedings.
Research Support
Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries for internal use.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
• 2–4 years in legal administrative or corporate legal department roles.
Skills:
• Knowledge of legal terminology and document handling
• Contract management and organizational skills
• Confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail
• MS Office and legal document systems proficiency
