This Job: Interiors Architect
As an Interiors Architect, you will engage intimately with the architectural narrative, contributing to the design dialogue through conceptual development, material curation, and graphic production. You must possess an intuitive understanding of our design ethos, translating abstract concepts into tangible experiences. Working in concert with our multidisciplinary team, you will help orchestrate spatial compositions, select bespoke finishes, and harmonize meticulous details. Your responsibilities extend to crafting evocative visual narratives, sourcing distinctive materials, and participating in critical design discourse. This position demands exemplary graphic fluency, strong verbal presentation skills, and the ability to present complicated design ideas.
Successful candidates will have at least 8 years of experience and an impeccable portfolio. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to collaboration, exceptional design sensibility, visual sophistication, and presentation mastery. While experience with large scale mixed-use/high-rise/hospitality environments is appreciated, we value design intelligence above specific project typologies. Licensure is preferred.
Software: BIM / Revit or ArchiCAD experience is required. Familiarity with digital fabrication methods and environmental analysis tools are preferred but not required.
