Executive Assistant to Attorney

$90,000-$110,000 + benefits + paid overtime

Los Angeles

Onsite, WFH Fridays

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support a high-volume desk within a fast-paced legal and business affairs environment. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in the entertainment industry, preferably with prior experience supporting legal professionals and working closely with high-profile talent and their representation, including agents, managers, and business managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of phone calls and oversee intricate and dynamic scheduling needs
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and organizational accuracy in a fast-moving, sometimes unpredictable environment
• Learn processes and systems quickly, adapting with minimal direction
• Assist with reviewing, editing, and drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Efficiently read and interpret incoming emails, identifying key issues and required actions
• Interface knowledgeably with major entertainment industry contacts and stakeholders
• Proactively identify solutions and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Utilize tools such as iManage, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to support daily operations
• Experience with inEntertainment is a strong plus
