Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our client’s events team, supporting the execution of a large-scale, high-profile conference. This role partners closely with the lead Event Producer to manage all aspects of planning, production, and onsite execution. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with proven expertise in large event production, presentation design, and event technology platforms.

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $75–80/hour

Contract Duration: 3 months

Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the comprehensive event agenda, timeline, and day-to-day operations leading up to the conference.
  • Oversee website launch and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with event technology platforms (Bizzabo experience required).
  • Drive the design, production, and delivery of all conference materials, coordinating with creative teams and external vendors.
  • Manage speaker presentations, rehearsals, and technical run-throughs, providing design feedback and ensuring readiness.
  • Oversee volunteer program strategy, including recruitment, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors on catering, facilities, and event build-out workstreams.
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership during the conference, ensuring flawless execution.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in large-scale event production and management.
  • Expertise in event platforms (Bizzabo) and presentation design tools (Figma required; PowerPoint and Keynote preferred).
  • Proven success managing volunteer programs and large cross-functional workstreams.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with website launches, printed material production, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working extended hours during the event (two 12-hour event days).
