Are you a visionary leader passionate about designing the future of learning environments? Jeffco Public Schools is looking for a dynamic Director of Facilities Planning & Asset Management to shape the next generation of school infrastructure across our district.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead the district-wide facilities master plan
✅ Optimize use of district assets—from property records to water rights
✅ Drive sustainability and implement cutting-edge technologies
✅ Oversee budgets, capital projects, and compliance
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders and lead a high-impact team
Who You Are
📌 5+ years in facilities planning, asset management, or related leadership
📌 Background in Architecture, Engineering, or similar (Master’s a plus)
📌 Strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder skills
📌 Bonus: LEED AP, PMP, or other relevant certifications
