Role Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring that products deliver maximum business value. You'll shape the product vision by clearly defining what needs to be built and why, aligning user needs with impactful features and detailed user stories. You will own the agile backlog—prioritizing tasks, making key decisions, and guiding the team to successfully execute the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as a go-to expert in Sales and Marketing, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Leads and manages significant projects or end-to-end processes
• Works independently with minimal direction
• Mentors and provides oversight to less experienced team members, including reviewing and assigning work
• Solves high-level, complex problems that require strategic thinking
• Plays a key role in shaping and influencing operational policies and procedures
