RUGG Construction is a fast-growing commercial construction company based in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Interiors Team and help lead a range of high-quality commercial projects across the DFW area.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a strong track record in field management, safety, and schedule execution—someone who can drive excellence on the ground and grow their career as we grow our business.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily operations of active construction projects
• Ensure site safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Communicate project progress with clients, property managers, and the internal team
• Initiate RFIs and collaborate to craft timely, cost-effective solutions
• Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specifications, and submittals
• Maintain and manage the construction schedule using Procore and MS Project

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent
✅ Experience in commercial interiors projects
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
✅ Proven ability to lead a successful project in tandem with a Project Manager—on time and on budget
✅ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, property managers, and subcontractors
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and city permitting processes
