Business Systems Administrator, Remote

Job Description:

Meta is seeking a highly skilled and technically savvy Business Systems Administrator to join our Business Systems Configuration team. This role will focus on the administration, configuration, management, and reporting of Khoros, Sprinklr, and Salesforce tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and managing these tools, with a particular emphasis on Sprinklr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool Administration: Manage all configurations, settings, and reporting within Khoros, Sprinklr, and Salesforce.
• Migration Leadership: Lead the transition from Khoros to Sprinklr, playing a significant role in the migration process.
• Configuration Management: Ensure optimal configuration and management of the tools to meet business needs.
• Request Management: Handle requests for updates and changes to the tools, asking clarifying questions and solving problems as needed.
• Reporting: Generate and manage reports within Khoros and other tools as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Systems Configuration team to manage day-to-day operations and tool management.
• Project Management: Assist in upcoming Sprinklr migration, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business systems administration, with a focus on Khoros, Sprinklr, and Salesforce.
• Strong experience in configuring and managing Khoros and Sprinklr. Basic Salesforce administration skills (e.g., adding permissions, running reports).
• Ability to handle requests, ask clarifying questions, and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss migration plans and tool updates with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Sprinklr Expertise: Heavier emphasis on experience with Sprinklr, as the role will become more focused on this tool over time.
• Project Management: Experience in project management, particularly in leading tool migrations.

• Job Type: Contract (W2)
• Job Location: Remote but can also be on site in Burlingame, California
• Job Duration: 1 year, plus 1 year extension (2 years)
• Hourly Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday / 40 hours per week
